Hi thanks for the reply, do you have a link to the other thread you mentioned?
The local app server only has message beans (as well as a couple of helper beans) which i'd expect the framework to handle all the allocation/deletion, etc...
Or are you saying i need to explicitly terminate the db connection in the @PreDestroy method?
