Hi Ryan,
V3 Prelude does not have support for resource-adapters.
Current V3 development builds have support for standalone
resource-adapter (can deploy .rar) support.
There is out of the box support for outbound resource adapter, work
manager, local transactions.
Note that this is still under development and certain functionalities
are missing.
There is no inbuilt messaging provider support yet.
