Licence issues for distributing Glassfish

I've read Carla Mott's blog entry from 2006,
http://weblogs.java.net/blog/carlavmott/archive/2006/04/glassfish_is_di.html
and the associated licence table at
http://wiki.java.net/bin/view/Projects/GlassFishCodeDependencies

Has anything changed with this picture?

As I understand it, if I want to distribute a Glassfish binary as part of another software distribution, I am obliged to provide a notice of the CDDL, the Apache and MPL, and to indicate the location of the source code. Is that the lot?
