It's just an unfortunate coincidence, that a set of recent changes in the overall annotation processing broke EJB and JPA handling in the latest build (several of us are affected by this, and prelude is not compatible with the latest ejb version). Most of the tings had been fixed, and we are looking at (hopefully) the last problem.
