No, this has to be the name of an application class. It's possible that the file doesn't exist but that
the descriptor generated by NetBeans still refers to the old name. Try looking through all the
metadata in the application to make sure it doesn't refer to the old name. You can also run the
application through the Java EE verifier (in $GLASSFISH_HOME/bin). That might be able to find the problem.
