I am working on resolving this issue:

I have followed the instructions and sure enough, the tables are not
getting created when I deploy the ent app (from NetBeans or as an EAR
using asadmin) when I deploy against v2.1 b60c.
This is kind of unexpected. I had expected that the tables would be
created.
It seems obvious that there is something wrong with the app, but it is
hard for me to find it...
Has anyone encountered an issue like this before?
Is there something 'obviously wrong' with the app (attached) or my
expectations?
