The issue is surely because the file is not picked up from the location
it is being searched for. A quick reaffirmation required - could you
take a step back and provide the directory structure of your webserver,
specifically for the directories you have created for installing LB and
the files under them; specfically under <your-plugin-dir>/bin,
<your-plugin-dir>/resource/ and <your-plugin-dir>/errorpages.
