This is failing because you have not specified a valid source domain. Upgrade tool is requesting the pathname to the domain. Your output specifies a source domain path only to the parent directory of a domain. Also your output is pointing to the parent domain of the newly install appserver not the older version which you moved. In step 1 you renamed your original folder to glassfish-ur1. Assuming there is in glassfish-ur1 a domain named domain1, you should specify a path of C:\glassfish-ur1\domains\domain1 as the source domain. The target domain remains as specified; it is the parent domain in which the source will be upgraded and placed.
