Ok, finally you was right, I can use "asadmin.bat start-domain --verbose".
If I do "asadmin deploy ...", the output will be done on the console by the process use for "start-domain".
So actually, it is a solution as another.
But it could be cool to detach the process of "start-domain", to do everything (start-domain and deploy) in the same console or ant task, unhapilly I don't know do this on windows.
