Most common issue is with entry in magnus.conf. Following should be in single line :
Init fn="load-modules" shlib="/opt/sun/webserver7/plugins/lbplugin/bin/libpassthrough.so" funcs="init-passthrough,service-passthrough,name-trans-passthrough" Thread="no"
This error is in general pointed out at web-server startup.
If this is not an issue, then do set log-level to finest. And provide those logs.
