I'm sorry I missed the screenshot you sent.
Took a look and domain1 is allready running, so you need to stop it first.
asadmin stop-domain domain1
(at this point, rename jvm.log and server.log and disable internet)
asadmin start-domain --verbose
asadmin stop-domain domain1
that will stop the domain again. Then post the new server.log and jvm.log here.
