This was on promoted build 22
Not a major catastrophe. Just to note it.
Got promoted build 23 and set it up.
The admin console came down and live quickly.
The admin console updatetool shows no add ons available.
Go to the thick client updatetool and it can't installed/bootstrap through a proxy.
Going to dunkin' doughnuts(what a hardship:-) to complete b23 setup...
