I also forgot to mention about your the two points you made.
1. I am using a load balancer. In the Edit Health Checker everything is filled. But since I also get this problem by hitting the cluster directly I don't think this is the problem.
2. Neither clusterjsp nor our custom app have the <distributable/> tag from what I can see. I'll try that on Monday as I've run out of time today.
