It looks like you're running the the ant script from the "SocialSite" top-level directory. Did you move the ant script to this directory?
The ant script is currently located in the bin directory under the top-level directory, and if you run the ant script from this location, you shouldn't see this error.
Please try running the ant script from the bin directory, and if you still see problems let us know.
