Seems like the "File {0} not found" could be keystore.jks. Could you check
if this file exists? It should be under [domaindir]/config.
If it exists it might be a password/alias problem.
You could try renaming the file and recreating manually using keytool f.e.
keytool -genkey -keyalg RSA -keystore C:\Program
files\glassfish\domains\domain1\config\keystore.jks -alias s1as -dname
"CN=your.cname.example.com,OU=Sun Java System Application Server,O=Sun
Microsystems,L=Santa Clara,ST=California,C=US" -validity 3650 -keypass
changeit -storepass changeit -J-Dsun.security.internal.keytool.skid
It can also be a restriction on aix which prevents your jvm from accessing
that file.

When I use ant -f /usr/glassfish/setup.xml,it is a error output:
