Sorry about that - our email system has been playing up. Our sysadmin managed to dredge the email up from somewhere and the news is good!
The second patch seemed to fix the problems with our application. I tried running our load test against a patched cluster (including failure testing) and it seemed to work well.
What is the next step from here?
