Yes this is a WAR file.
The context root in the sun-web.xml file is not being honored when deployed using the admin console.
We haven't used the cli yet, that was going to be our next test.
We did notice that the cli allows us to explicitly set the context root as one of the parameters.
We will try it with and without that parameter.
