Also, I noticed from an earlier post in this thread that
http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6725426 is related to
this bug and is marked as "11-Closed, Will Not Fix, bug."
Does this mean that we are out of luck on
https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=5374?
In the mean time is there an option that can be added to the
sun-application-client.xml file to ensure that the client has jre6_06
installed and does not try to launch the application with anything higher
than jre6_06?
