Karel,
JACC did not standardize the namespace of properties to be read by policy providers, but you have correctly identified the names of the system properties defined via the configuration->security->jacc providers screen of the Glassfish admin gui.
If your provider depends on a system property with a different name, you can define the property via the application server->jvm settings->jvm options tab of the admin gui.
In both cases, the appserver must be restared for changes to the jacc ocnfiguration to take effect.
