thanks! So it seems in GlassFish, everything is fine with this classpath handling (I've opened issue in Geronimo buglist).
I wonder, if I'm the only person who try to write an JEE5 EAR which is application server neutral. We try to produce an EAR with some skinny WARs and some EJBs in it and deploy the same EAR - without any change and without server specific xml descritors - to GlassFish, Geronimo and JBoss. It seems this is not so easy...
