I just wanted to add quick that jmeter 2.3.1 has a bug in the cookie manager where it will share sessions.
You should use a build previous to or after 2.3.1 (we're using nightly).
It probably won't have too much to do with this issue but since it is semi-related I thought I'd point it out.
