You would need to setup a DNS entry that points towards your
IP address where you are running Glassfish. This is DNS
administration and it all depends on your unique environment
on how to set that up.

I would recommend asking for help about that in the correct
forum/mailinglist dependent on your situation, this forum
is not that ;)

In this case, all I want for now is to setup glassfish to serve pages for a Domain Name like: http://www.domain.com and start coding...
It is even better to work independent from apache.

Cand you guide me to make the settings?
It's works for http://localhost:8080, but it's not enough.
