The error does not seem to be related to copying of the certs. It is just that the new Host does not seem to have NSS properly installed on it.
Try googling for nssckbi.dll
BTW, if the cert you are copying is for SSL usage then you could run into HTTPS hostname wrong error's since the CN of the cert must match the new hostname.
