got the same problem.
In the file wonb-server.log i've started the server in standalone mode. (out of the startmenu)
In the second file wnb-server.log i've started the server out of netbeans, where i get the same errors as you.
Well i think the bug is in NetBeans, cause there was no problem starting the server in standalone mode. Cause in the Log there is a Exception in Thread RMI, thats what NB does to call the server.
Hope they fix it.
