yea, you can't just blindly reply "Okey Dokey" to a 100 -Continue request, as it's basically a "CAN I continue" request that needs to be processed properly by the Servlet.
"Hi, I'd like to upload a 4GB Movie file" "No!"
or "Redirect, go ask that machine."
etc.
