Hmmm, seems to be an issue with the documentation; ndd is
Solaris-specific and tcp_recv_hiwat usually, there, is a parameter to be
tweaked by ndd. I'd actually skip this step and go for the things
outlined in the sysctl.conf file which is closer to the Linux environment...
