good idea as I don't understand why Apache close connection before
GlassFish has a chance to write the response. If the Apache folks tells
you this is a bug in our code, then just file an issue here:
https://glassfish.dev.java.net/servlets/ProjectIssues
and I will try to reproduce the setup.
