Yes, this is a cookie problem. This problem thus only occurs when you
are using the same domain name.

Nevertheless it should not be a problem to use more than one window for
the same admin console this normally should be no problem unless you log
out. Only then you have to relogin in the next window viewed.

It gets more complicated if you host more than one domain using the same
domain name but different ports. You have one cookie only but two
completely different sessions. In this case using domain name aliases is
probably the best way to deal with it - even if not very comfortable. Or
if you want to use only two GlassFish domains with the same internet
domain name at the same time you could open one session using the ip
address and the other by using a domain name.
