This is very misleading. Are you migrating to JBoss or to GlassFish. From your log files I would assume the former. In this case it would be better to contact the JBoss forums. They obvioulsy know more about the internals of JBoss than the participants in this GlassFish forum.
If, on the other hand, you are actually migrating to GlassFish you should state your problem more clearly. Your GlassFish-log looks fine.
