You should be able to set the port values by using the asadmin set command and then restarting the server. (Safest method)
You can also edit the domain.xml file by hand, to change the port values that are defined in there. If you are comfortable with an editor and know that you should make a back-up copy of the domain.xml file BEFORE you start to edit it, you will be fine.
