I see. Thanks for domain.xml. I found that you're using the JDK-logging property -- -Djava.util.logging.config.file=${com.sun.aas.instanceRoot}/config/logging.properties which seems to be cause of the problem. Can you not declare that -D and restart the domain the way you do?
