Are you saying that if you deployed your war file in glassfish, it worked, but when your copied it to glassfish docroot, it didn't? I don't think you can drop the war file into docroot. If you want glassfish to automatically deploy your war, drop it in glassfish/domains/domain1/autodeploy.
I don't understand how you get your error. What's on line 10 of Page1.jsp?
