Hi all,

Do we have setup instructions or other information about how to set up
GlassFish to serve as the servlet container with Apache web server as
the front end? Someone at a presentation I gave is using Apache/Tomcat
now and was asking what the steps would be to replace Tomcat with GF.
I've searched around a little, but the blogs I see on the topic look
kind of old.
