Well, it is not clear whether you refer to dynamic reloading of classes in a running application or dynamic loading of server modules. If it is latter, it is a given (you must have watched Jerome's keynote demo where he just copied the ejb-container jars in the modules folder and suddenly, a web app containing EJB's was deployed and run correctly). If it is the former, I don't have much information about that.
