I can relate to the confusion.
It is in v2 U1 release, the final build of which was b09d, this fix went
into b07 of that release cycle.
SJSAS91_FCS_BRANCH was originally 9.1 release's final branch. It turned
into the worskspace for GF v2.1 while the Gf trunk was retained for v3
release checkins.
The checkin comment in the bug related to the SJSAS91_FCS_BRANCH is
trying to convey that the fix has been ported to the v2.1 release train
as well.
