_ejb_container_timer_app is a special "system" app that is being deployed/loaded when the EJB container is getting started. If you do not use EJB Timer, you can ignore the exception.
Can you check if there is TimerMigrationBean649625130_ConcreteImpl.class under generated/ejb/j2ee-apps/__ejb_container_timer_appcom/sun/ejb/containers/ (did you mistype it as generated\ejb\j2ee-apps or did you move files around)?
