Just wondering - was this below supposed to be:
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_03\lib\tools.jar
since the version of java reported by ant is 1.6.0_03?
Also, you wouldn't happen to have antrc_pre.bat scripts in your home folder?
