Glassfish v2 licensing with app

Hi,
I am developing a Java EE app to run on Glassfish, and serve out a Java Web Start Rich Client application. I would like to make this application commercial, and not open-source. Currently, it uses a variety of jars, identified in http://wiki.java.net/bin/view/Projects/GlassFishCodeDependencies as being CDDL + GPL (e.g. jax-ws). My question is, if my users will already have Glassfish installed on their environment, does my application still fall under CDDL + GPL as a derivative work (meaning, I have to open up my source code)? If so, what license should I be after so I don't have to do this?

Any help would be appreciated!
