Dear All,
When I deploy an application in an ear the package information for dependencies that are packaged with the ear are not available. MyClass.class.getPackage().getVersion() will return null. However if the jar containing MyClass is placed in ../glassfish/lib, ../domainx/lib or in a war archive. The information is available.
How do I go about fixing this ? I would prefer not to copy dependend libraries to glassfish or domain lib folders.
