From the logs it appears the problem occurs duing login :
Logging in user [gdpags5] into realm: caa_security_jdbcRealm using JAAS module: jdbcRealm
Login module initialized: class com.sun.enterprise.security.auth.login.JDBCLoginModule
JAAS authentication aborted.
SEC5046: Audit: Authentication refused for [gdpags5].
Can you please enable Fine Logging for Security Module and run the App Again. You can goto Admin Console :
Application Server --->Logging--->Log Levels
Set the Log Level to FINEST for Security Module
