I am getting the same exception. Is there any effort to put more logging into the code so it's possible to see what file is missing? Also, I wanted to debug through the code, but I'm having trouble getting the source. I see the CVS repository, but in our corporate culture it would take me at least a month to install CVS. Is there any other way of getting the code?
