Thank you for your quick replies. I looked to see where the jdo/pmf comes from - it is from the AS migration tool. In the ear file my build produces it is correct and then after running the migration tool on it it is wrong. Should I not be using that tool?
I get a different error now, I'll look into it on my own for a while.
