The glassfish, os and patches are the same, on different dns networks. The one that starts up consistently in 5 mins has 3 cpus and 12GB ram.
The one that starts up infrequently in 25min has 8 cpus and 32GB ram and doesn't have an issue with swap, there is heaps. Both are using local disks with software mirroring using SVM.
