I can, but I'm not sure it's a defect...I'm not sure what the parameters are to generate queueing...
Our site is busy...100's tansactions per second, but I configured the server with 24 initial request threads and 4 acceptor threads (dual dual core cpus)...busy thread counts never get above 5 or 6, but looking at the monitor it shows queueing...
