Seems like you didn't understand what Gabe suggested.
You need to have atleast 2 IP addresses in your server. Give one dedicated IP address for the admin console with port 80 as shown in the domain.xml entries above and configure your DNS server to point admin.myserver.com to this dedicated IP address.
myserver.com will continue as the app server in the primary address.
