I have some issue with SUN AS.
In short, we have AS configured to work with LDAP. AS was able to properly make the user authorization and normally worked.

At some point of time the following information is found in the logs:

So I am wondering how it possible that from one hand ,AS let the user in, but prints out the username as 'null'. Later we have some code that relies on the username. That code fails because of AS does not properly recognize the user which runs the application. LDAP probably has been restarted at some point of time.
What could be a reason that AS prints user as 'User=null'?
