And if your lookup is failing (please paste the exception) it could be something else, not related to authentication.
Are you saying you are able to lookup other objects , and only jms lookups are failing ?
If yes, could you change your jms-service type to LOCAL (default is EMBEDDED) and then try.
If this (using LOCAL) works, please create a glassfish issue
