Thanks for the tip - I was not aware of the init-param order change
between servlet 2.3 and 2.4.

I was able to get the MyFaces-Tomahawk
things to work by just removing the
'description' all together - which is all I really wanted.
I've run into the problem deploying other .war files configured
to run with Tomcat-6 (ex: fedora-commons.org),
and it's always annoying to have to
enter into a "why won't this run" mode.

Wouldn't it be better to just patch Glassfish to just throw a warning
if the elements are out of order, but chug along and do the best
it can ? Who cares where the <description> element falls anyway ?
