Can you provide more details? Are you looking for a public interface to perform the deployment or are you looking the actual (internal) implementation class that talks to the server to perform the deployment? What is your usecase here?
Also glassfish v2 code is under cvs control, while glassfish v3 is under svn. Which version of the glassfish do you want to work with?
