You can use the CLI command to do it in your script.
By default, classpath-suffix is empty, you can see its current value by doing:
asadmin get server-config.java-config.classpath-suffix
and you can also change it by using set, eg.
asadmin set server-config.java-config.classpath-suffix=/user/ABCDE.jar
when server startup you will see something like:
Mar 7, 2008 7:29:44 AM com.sun.enterprise.admin.servermgmt.launch.ASLauncher buildCommand
INFO:
/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/1.5.0/Home/bin/java
-Dcom.sun.aas.instanceRoot=/Users/anilam/Awork/as9.1.1/publish/glassfish/domains/domainEE
-Dcom.sun.aas.ClassPathPrefix=
-Dcom.sun.aas.ClassPathSuffix=/user/ABCDE.jar
-Dcom.sun.aas.ServerClassPath=
....
Hope this help.
